• Continue to Retrieve Employee Forms & Upload to Website
• Completed Changing EWC App. To Text Boxes and Add All Field Names
• Work on Changing EWC Employee Application to HTML w/ Text Boxes from Doc

Work to complete next week:

• Begin to develop PHP file for connecting site to database
• Add all fields and entities to MySQL.
• Complete Milestone Report

Everything is about completed except for the linking the database to the application and then testing.
